We depart from Nivy bus station at 7:00 a.m. from platform number. 11 We arrive at the base of Stuhleck around 9:00 a.m. And set off back to Bratislava at 4:30 p.m.

  • Skipass included

    Our ticket prices include a skipass at a much lower cost than purchasing separately.

    Additionally, you can skip the queue at Stuhleck’s cash register and head straight to the cable car, saving you time.

  • Parking at Nivy

    Buy: Online (along with the bus ticket)
    Price: €1

    In order to get to the bus in maximum comfort, buy together with the ticket our add-on Parking – 24h for a special price of only €1. During skiing, you park comfortably directly at the Nivy shopping center and your car is waiting for you indoors.

    Please remember that parking cannot be purchased additionally.

  • One-day travel insurance

  • Missed bus

    Buy: Online and in the cashiers (along with the bus ticket)
    Price: €5

    Not sure if you will catch your bus? Purchase the “Missed Bus” add-on product for your ticket and in case you miss your connection, we will refund you the full amount of the purchased ticket including all purchased add-ons (does not apply to the “Missed Bus” and “Travel insurance” add-on). It is enough to send the number of the ticket or purchase of the missed connection to info@slovaklines.sk within 30 calendar days, and within 3 working days from the assessment of the request, we will return the money in the way you purchased the ticket and additional products. In the case of a combined payment (eg voucher + card), the entire amount will be returned in the form of a voucher.

  • Base in the bus

    Our comfortable bus is available in the parking lot under the slope at lunchtime from 12:00 AM to 1:00 PM.

  • You do not have to print the ticket

    Buy it online via the Slovak Lines website or app, and you can easily show it on the phone display when you board the bus.

  • Transport even without skipass

    Aren’t you skiing? We will also take you to Stuhleck to accompany your children and acquaintances. Just buy a ticket without a skipass.

  • Don't forget your ID

    The bus to Stuhleck crosses the border. Therefore, we remind you that you must have an identity card with you when you board, otherwise we would not be able to take you away.

  • Children and juniors

    Persons under the age of 15 can travel on a one-day trip to Stuhleck only when accompanied by an adult (over 18 years old). Persons aged 15-17.99 years can travel alone, but must show a Declaration of consent signed by legal guardian before the trip.

Cancellation policy

  • Ticket cancellation

    • When canceling a ticket online via the website or app, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the ticket price, which means that you will not be refunded for the ticket.

    • If necessary, you can only cancel your ticket through our Customer Center by phone at +421 2 55 422 734 or by email at info@slovaklines.sk under the following conditions:

    a) More than 24 hours before the scheduled departure of the connection, the cancellation fee is 0% of the ticket price. We will return the money to you in the form of a voucher valid for 180 days.

    b) Less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure of the connection, there is a cancellation fee of €25/ticket. We will return the money to you in the form of a voucher valid for 180 days.

  • Travel tickets and date changes

    • The ticket is valid for a specific given day. We recommend purchasing it at least a day in advance.

    • If necessary or due to unforeseen events, you can change the date of your trip to another date. You can do so through our Customer Center.

    • Changing the travel date is possible no later than 48 hours before the scheduled departure of the connection.

Enjoy your skiing on Stuhleck to the fullest and worry-free. With the additional product “Travel insurance” from Colonnade Insurance S.A. we will insure you against the unpleasant consequences of unexpected events on the territory of Austria, either on the way to a skiing trip or during it.

  • How to get insurance?

    When buying a ticket, select “Travel insurance” from the menu of additional products. This product can be obtained with a ticket, which must contain the same name as on the identity document, telephone and email contact.

    If you provide insurance for several people, you must purchase the corresponding number of additional “Travel Insurance” products, while each ticket must show the same name as on the identity document. Telephone and email contact is mandatory, but only one is sufficient for the entire purchase.

    Complete insurance documentation of Colonnade Insurance S.A. it will be sent to you on the day of your tour.

    The additional product “Travel insurance” cannot be cancelled.

  • Who is it for?

    The additional product “Travel insurance” is only valid for one person for one day and on the territory of Austria.

    The insurance applies to citizens of the Slovak Republic and foreigners living in the Slovak Republic, as long as they hold an EU health insurance card or are EU citizens.

    This insurance does not cover persons who have a permanent residence in Austria or are members of the Austrian public health insurance.

  • How to get insurance for multiple people?

    If you buy tickets to Stuhleck for several people at the same time and want to insure them with the additional product “Travel insurance”, you must choose the corresponding number of them. It also applies that when buying tickets, the same name as on the identity document must be written on them.

  • Additional info

    We will transport your skis, snowboard or other skiing luggage free of charge. We recommend that you pack these items in a suitable protective case.

    The transport of animals on this line is excluded.

    In case of cancellation by the carrier due to non-fulfillment of the minimum capacity (no later than 15 hours before the scheduled departure), the passenger will be proposed a new departure date or the fare will be refunded in full without charging a cancellation fee.

  • Stuhleck resort

    At 1,783 meters above sea level, Stuhleck near Spital am Semmering is the highest peak on the eastern edge of the Alps and also the largest ski resort in eastern Austria. In 1891, Stuhleck was the first peak to be climbed on skis. This event will make the region around Semmering one of the leading winter sports resorts in Austria.

  • Skipass

    You can get an all-day skipass for the ticket from the driver after boarding the bus. Passengers are kindly requested to return it to the driver after skiing. If the passenger does not return the used skipass to the driver, he will be obliged to return a 3 € deposit.
